Elisa Scubla - Producer, Director
Elisa is a freelance scriptwriter / director / film journalist. Originally from Udine, Italy, she had her first short screened at the Cinema Massimo in Turin. After moving to London she achieved a degree in Film & Broadcast Production with her film "A Tragedy", based on William Shakespeare's "Macbeth". She is currently pursuing a Master degree in Screenwriting for TV and Film and working on her first feature screenplay.
João Araújo - Director of Photography
João Araújo was born in Lisbon, Portugal. In addition to his interest for cinema, João has also developed a fascination for photography. He has presented three individual exhibitions, with several of his photographs published in local newspapers and magazines.
He moved to London 3 years ago and he is about to graduate in Film & Broadcast Production. In the meantime, he has been working on several projects as a DOP. More recently, he directed a short-documentary entitled “Parque Mayer: The Dream” and he is developing a short-film inspired on the life of Fernando Pessoa (Portuguese poet) and a new documentary (provisionally) entitled: “Flowers on the Road”.
Scott Clements - Editor
Scott Clements attended the UK's National Film & Television School, where he earned his MA in digital post production. He has over 9 years of professional video editing experience, primarily cutting corporate pieces for BMW, Mazda and Volvo. Feature film work includes shooting all the behind the scenes material for the major motion pictures, 'Silent Hill' and 'Skinwalkers', and serving as a visual effects assistant on Doug Liman's sci-fi epic, 'Jumper'. Earlier this year, he finished editing 'How Not To Disappear Completely', a feature-length drama produced by London's Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts.
Olivia James - Production Assistant, Sound Recordist
A graduate in Broadcasting Production, Olivia has turned to where her heart lies in film and documentary making. In the latter of 2011 she travelled to Ireland to take part in a placement scheme, working with another participant to assist with a filmmaking festival (www.offlinefilmfestival.com) and to make a series of 15 two minute films about sports clubs in the area to be screened at a local sports awards evening. Upon her return to her hometown in the UK, with itchy feet and some saved pocket money (!) she took off to New York to take part in an eight week filmmaking workshop where she met an abundance of great people from around the world. Self-shooting producer/director with over four years of experience across a range of genres including drama, documentary and client based projects. Coming from a versatile filmmaking background, including international filming, Lauren is a passionate visual storyteller, with work screened at international Film Festivals and nominated for Cinematography awards.

Charlotte Worthington - Production Mentor
Charlotte Worthington is course leader in Film and Digital Media Production at London Metropolitan University. She has worked extensively as a producer and director in the UK television industry. As well as a practising film-maker and writer, Charlotte also works as a creative consultant.
